How do I know which jet size I need for my appliance?
Jet sizes are determined by the appliance's heat output (kW) and the gas type being used. We recommend checking your appliance manual or consulting a certified gas engineer before purchasing to ensure compatibility and safety.
Are your LPG conversion kits universal?
While many of our jets fit standard brands, LPG conversion kits are often brand-specific. Please review the compatibility list on the product page or contact our support team with your appliance model number for verification.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an expedited next-day delivery option at checkout for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT.
Can I return a kit if it doesn't fit my cooker?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on components that have already been installed or used.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All LPGJets products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against material defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation or incorrect usage.
Is it safe to install these jets myself?
Gas safety is paramount. While the parts are DIY-friendly, we strongly recommend that all gas conversions and installations be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer to comply with local regulations.
